Ostara: Embracing the Balance of Light and Dark

As the wheel of the year turns, we find ourselves standing at the threshold of spring, where day and night meet as equals. Ostara, the Spring Equinox, is a time of renewal, balance, and awakening—a sacred moment when the earth stirs from its winter slumber, stretching toward the warmth of the sun. This ancient festival, named after the Germanic goddess Eostre, marks the return of fertility, growth, and the promise of new beginnings. It is a time to embrace the shifting energies within and around us, to plant seeds—both literal and metaphorical—and to welcome the light back into our lives.

At the core of the shamanic energy healing session lies the Illumination process. Illumination achieves healing in three ways.
