Meet Waheeda!
Waheeda Deen is a Reiki Master Teacher and Shamanic Apprentice at the Chacana Center offering holistic wellness services and metaphysical training to the community. She believes if you balance and align your energetic body, your physical body will heal, your life will come into alignment and your direction will be clear.
Waheeda works to balance the chi/ki energy in the body through facilitating Reiki, Access Bars, Shamanic Healing Sessions and Tuning Fork sessions. She comes from a lineage of Psychic Mediums and Healers through her indigenous roots of Guyana, South America.
As a Psychic Medium she offers Tarot Readings, Mediumship Readings to connect with past loved ones, Spiritual Awakening Coaching and Business Mentorship.
Waheeda offers a FREE monthly Community Reiki Share, a monthly Tarot Circle at Zen Mystery, an online Tarot Reading Circle and much more! In February fo 2024 she Co-Founded HUG, the Holistic Unity Group where holistic entrepreneurs can gather with like minded business owners to find community and support. Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that reinvigorates your chi/ki. Waheeda is a trained Reiki Master Teacher who channels universal life force energy to promote physical and emotional well-being. Reiki will enhance your physical, mental and emotional health. Reiki will also bring your life into alignment.
Benefits include stress reduction, insomnia reduction, pain management, emotional healing, grief support, enhanced well-being, spiritual growth, manifestation and more.
Full sessions include 60 minutes of reiki, a guided meditation to your spiritual healing space or to meet with a guide, pre- consultation and post consult with homework. Total time 75 minutes.
Partial reiki sessions are available when time or budget are limited. These are great tune ups to balance and align chakras in a short amount of time. Sessions begin with a light meditation and 2 minutes of reiki per chakra with a brief pre and post consultation. Total time 30 minutes.

Waheeda recommends to begin with 4 weekly or bi-weekly sessions, then to move to monthly sessions, packages are available in 4 packs and discounts are available to monthly sessions.

Access Bars
Are you feeling overwhelmed with stress, anxiety, or a general sense of unease? It's time to break free from the constraints that are holding you back. Experience the transformative power of Access Bars and embark on a journey towards inner peace, clarity, and self-discovery.
Access Bars is a gentle, yet incredibly effective energy healing modality that involves gently touching 32 points on the head. These points, also known as "Bars," correspond to various aspects of our lives such as money, creativity, body, healing, and more.
During a session, Waheeda will activate these Bars, allowing the release of limiting thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that no longer serve you.
Bars teaches the body how to receive. Waheeda will coach you trough any limiting beliefs that come up and destroy and uncreate them using the clearing statement. You will leave ready to start that LLC, buy that house and experience a level of clarity that is profound. Sessions are 90 minutes and recommended monthly.

Tuning Forks
Tuning fork sessions are a form of sound therapy that harnesses the vibrational frequencies produced by tuning forks to heal the aura, chakras and disease. These specially designed forks are made of metal and emit a specific chakra sound frequency when struck.
During a session, Waheeda places the tuning forks on specific points of the body where energy may be stuck, such as pain or tension. She also holds them near the ears or waves them over the body in the auric field, raising the vibration of the energy field. Tuning forks vibrate, the sound waves produced harmonize with the body's natural frequencies, promoting balance and healing.
